Wet Wild Wisconsin

Our annual Forseth family vacation took place last week. I can't put into words the fun we shared, so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

Pizza Train: A 1.5 hour train ride in Spooner, WI where pizza and soda are served. Really, can life get any better for young boys???

Fishing courtesy of Uncle Chris: Chris is a fabulous uncle. He provides fishing poles, pfds, bait, a boat, and expertise, all for a few hours of fun with his nephews. They had a blast! Brandon caught the first fish both times they went out and Noah decided he wasn't meant to be a fisherman...at least he decided not to fish this time around.

A rousing game of Pete Squirrel: Noah's strength is definitely in exploration. He and Owen set off one day and spent over an hour looking for Pete Squirrel (actually, he should have been called Pete Chipmunk!) They wandered all over the yard. The next day, Brandon and Carter joined in and they even built Pete a home!

General Outdoor Fun: Every day was spent playing a little baseball, riding a tricycle or two, and drawing in chalk on the blacktop. What luxury to have acreage to set the boys free.

Of course, there were a few things not caught on film: Shanghai each night, lattés each morning, and a fabulous anniversary/birthday dinner at Bistro 83. I mentioned it was a Wet week in Wisconsin. It was overcast most of the week and we got some rain a few days, but this Arizona girl was not complaining! We love the rain as long as it doesn't come down all day long! :)

Thanks Forseths for another fun vacation. We miss you all already!
