Disneyland!

We joined some of the Campbell family for a little pre-Christmas Disneyland fun this year!

The boys were ready and insisted on only bringing Disney themed books in the car for the drive to California. I, on the other hand, wasn't so certain. As excited as I was, I just wasn't sure whether the boys would actually go on any rides...plus, we would be missing Dave on our family trip.

On Monday morning, we entered the park with Grandma and Grandpa Campbell in tow and immediately hopped on the Disneyland railroad on our way to our first official ride: Small World.

After leaving Small World, we proceeded for Fantasyland where the boys wanted to ride Dumbo. Dumbo the flying elephant was the only ride they liked in that land geared for young children, besides Casey Jr. Train of course. We spent the majority of our time over the two days in Tomorrowland riding the Autopia cars, Blasting aliens on the Buzz Lightyear Astro Blaster ride, and even taking a trip on the Monorail.

Brandon's school friend, Alexander just happened to be there that same day so the boys spent much of the mid-day hours together on Monday and loved every minute of it. I think our little son has a best friend.

Disneyland was crazy crowded but it is and always will be a magical place where dreams really do come true. See you soon Mickey!

That's a fantastic pic of the castle, truly "magical"!
