We colored Easter eggs after putting Noah to bed last night. He was fussy and cranky and we decided fussiness and Easter egg dye should not co-exist. Brandon loves coloring eggs and colored the 18 hard boiled eggs in just 10 minutes or so! Later that night, Noah woke crying and really uncomfortable and after trying both Motrin and Tylenol (2 hours apart), we decided his pain warranted a trip to the Urgent Care. After searching all of Chandler for an open office, we traveled into Gilbert finally finding a kind Dr. who could confirm our thoughts...that Noah had an acute ear infection. Poor boy. He felt fine this morning, though, so we walked over to Easter Mass and after a ham brunch, sent the boys on an egg hunt!
Brandon searched the yard looking for eggs and wanting to try at least one of each type of candy within each egg. Noah was content just to shake one or two and carry around his doggy Christmas stocking. Do you think he realizes how linked together Christmas and Easter really are?Have a Happy Easter!
